You can now order online from O'deli, O'fresh, Like Nana Did, Bondgate Bakery and Middlemiss Butchers by heading to Shop Otley's new website.
You can also place an order with us by phone 01943 969417 or email, or alternatively download and fill in our O'Fresh order form and send it back to .
Required order information
When placing an order with us, please provide a full delivery address (including post code) a contact number an email address and a preferred payment method. If ordered before 3pm, we will aim to get it to you within 24 hours.
Please include this information even if you have ordered with us previously.
Payment methods
You can pay cash or card on arrival of your delivery.
Alternatively you can pay bank transfer. When placing your order please include your preferred method of payment.
Delivery times
Unfortunately, due to the sheer amount of orders, we cannot designate//predict delivery times. Delivery is FREE.
